An accomplished business writer and former travel writer, Ms. Chiasson's expertise is widely sought in foodservice and retail industries. A regular contributor to Foodservice and Hospitality magazine, she offers her readers and clients useful and candid advice on how to maximize their business potential. Her topics range from trend-setting design and layout to implementing cost-effective marketing tools. Ms. Chiasson has also written and designed training courses that teach foodservice and retail operators how to integrate effective merchandising and marketing concepts and solutions into their operations.
Academic Achievements
She has a broad educational background in the Arts and Business and has obtained her certification in Interior Design, Haute Cuisine, Travel and Tourism, Sales Promotion and Marketing. She has studied at Cornell University in New York, earning certificates in various food and retail merchandising programs

A veteran of both the foodservice and retail industries, Ms. Chiasson has owned, operated and managed various businesses. A high achiever, dedicated to excellence, she has traveled abroad extensively, attending seminars, conferences and tradeshows, enabling her to track emerging trends which have an impact upon her clients. Ms. Chiasson is fluent in Canada's two official languages (French and English) and has transferred this knowledge to business across the country and internationally.
