has a degree in Economics from
Oregon State University. Bill has over 25 years of
foodservice operations experience. He is
a member and past director of the Foodservice
Consultants Society
International (FCSI), and is an adjunct instructor in
the hospitality
programs at the University of San Francisco and
California Polytechnic
University, Pomona. He was a board member of the
California Restaurant
Association (CRA) for 10 years and served as President
during the
1996-97 term. He is currently a trustee of the CRA
Educational
Foundation. Bill has developed seminars for
state associations, distributors,
corporate hotels and restaurant clients. As a
keynote speaker, his
unique perspective has garnered him top reviews
internationally.
