Vendor Directory Listing FAQ

How I can avail free directory listing at e-commkitchen marketplace?

First you need to register as a vendor and get a log in password. After log in you can go to Directory Listing and
Click on Add/Modify/Upgrade Button to start the FREE Listing Process. It takes a few minutes only as much of
the data comes from your registration details.

What are the paid Directory Listing Plans?

There are 8 other plans which need to be paid for. These cost between US$5.00 to US$75.00per year. These
plans increase your visibility and a buyer's ability to contact you on the search result pages as and when the
buyer reaches a particular category for a vendor. Click here to view options. Hit the BACK button to return to

Can I upgrade my listing in to the paid plans?

You can upgrade your listing from free listing to the paid plans from the website. Paid listing is available only
after Registration on the web site as a vendor.

How long will our listing be available in the Directory?

Your directory listing is valid for one year from the date of uploading on the web site. The date will be notified
to you by e mail. You will be notified to renew your listing before the expiry of the one year period.

How many days it takes for activation?

The listing will be uploaded within 5 working days after the receipt of credit in our bank account of the listing
fee.

What would be my position in the listing?

The listing will appear in ascending alphabetical order of the company name under each letter of the alphabet.

How I can upgrade my paid planes?

You can move up the option ladder by paying the difference of the fee. The expiry date will however remain
the same as per the original listing date. For upgrading yourself from one paid level to another you need to
contact the webmaster.

Can I opt for a downgrade in my paid listing plan and ask for a partial refund?

No, this is not permissible.

How can I add my company logo/banner to the directory listing?

You can add your company logo/banner to your directory listing by selecting from plan 4 to 8. Send a .gif file by e-mail. Logo size 50x50 and banner size 360x60 pixels, you can also mail the image to our billing address.
