Chef Davinder Kumar has specialized in French and European cuisine. He is the Director F&B Production at Le Meridien. He has the complete management of entire kitchen operation, menu planning, processing and execution, staff recruitment, up gradation, cost control, training and development. He won a Gold Prize while representing India in an International Cooking Competition in japan in 1983.
