Chef
Davinder Kumar has done his graduation from Delhi
University. In 1972 he joined hotel industry as
Kitchen Mgt.
Trainee in Oberoi Hotels. He has done
specialization in French
and European Cuisine.
He joined Le Meridian in 1985 as Executive Chef.
With his
tremendous efforts he achieved the post of
Director F&B
Production, which is the highest rank in the
profession. As he
knows the complete management of entire kitchen
operation,
menu planning, processing and execution, staff
recruitment, up
gradation, cost control, training and
development etc. One of
his remarkable achievement in life is he won a
Gold prize while
representing India in an International Cooking
Competition in
Japan in 1983.
