THE RECIPE
Serving: 4 peoples
Ingredients
2 cups flour
2 cups sugar
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 cup vegetable oil
3 eggs, beaten
3 cups chopped peeled apples
1-1/2 cups chopped walnuts or pecans
Method
Combine the flour, sugar, baking soda, salt,
and cinnamon in a large bowl and mix well. Add the oil,
eggs and apples and mix well. Fold in the walnuts. Spoon
the batter into a greased bundt pan. Bake at 325 degrees
for 1-1/2 hours. Let cool in pan for 10 minutes. Remove
from pan and cool completely.
In a mixing bowl cream together
everything but the lemon pepper. Shape it into whatever
shape you want. Chill it and then roll it into the lemon
pepper. You want to heavily coat it. Serve with the
crackers of your choice. As a garnish I like to sliver
green, red, and yellow bell peppers and place them around
the cheese. It's just colorful and looks appetizing.
