was won in Italy by Thomas Palti partner in Chequers pub
and Restaurant in Milbrook, Bedfordshire,UK. The winning
coffee named "The Highland Fling" combines Glavya
and Kahlua with espresso coffee before dressing the
glass with a tartan ribbon and a roasted coffee bean. "
When I made the drink and sipped it for the first time ,the
flavors danced around my mouth just like the Highland Fling"
said Palti explaining why he named the coffee "'The
Highland Fling".
